Welcoming 2014 with goals

Okey No new year resolutions, I’ve listed some goals ffor 2014. Although people think Goals are not good either, I’ll list mine anyway.

  1. Be more Patient
  2. Run shorter distances, more Park Runs
  3. Be a better person
  4. Learn/experience a new thing everyday
  5. Read more
  6. Write and blog more
  7. Climb and practice
  8. Save and spend only on necessary things
  9. Practice back painting and drawing
  10. Be fit – Yoga, swim, cycle
  11. Travel
  12. Develop my coaching
  13. Meditate more
  14. Drink less alcohol
  15. Exchange pleasantries with people you meet when running
  16. Volunteer
  17. Inspire others
  18. Be a better person
  19. Write on a journal everyday
  20. Prepare/eat at least a vegetarian meal a day
