How do you create your own pace bands?

On my first Marathon, from a help from a running friend, a tape given at the expo and my own research did the trick.

On the reasearch part, I found out that you can make your own pace bands online.  Input your target time, the distance you are running and voila! ready to print, cut and wear.  You can laminate it or put transparent tape around it to prevent sweat or water tearing it to pieces before you can even finish your race.

Now the wonders of internet, and laziness to write, you can skip pressing those calculator keys and writing your pace on a hospital tape or masking tape or writing dircrecylu around your wrist.
